Shellka Arora-Cox is a partner in the Global Financial Markets team, with a focus in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Her practice covers project, corporate, Islamic, and sustainable finance, as well as acquisitions, tax equity, construction, and restructuring. Shellka advises a broad range of clients—including private equity investors, developers, lenders, and government institutions—on US and international energy and infrastructure projects. Her experience structuring deals, assessing project risks and navigating complex financing arrangements like syndicated loans, Islamic finance and government-backed funding.
Shellka has represented commercial and public entities across the US, Latin America, and South Asia.
