Matt Jones is partner in the Houston office. He has experience counseling public and private borrowers, private equity sponsors and lenders in complex financing transactions, with an emphasis on transactions involving energy, infrastructure and other capital intensive industries.

He represents clients in relation to structuring, negotiating, and documenting all types of syndicated lending transactions; acquisition financings; asset-based lending facilities; reserve-based lending transactions; revolving loans; and term loans. Matt also has significant experience in connection with transactions in the debt capital markets.
