- Advising Madison International Realty in its restructuring, capitalization and acquisition of Forest City's approximate 51% remaining interest in a portfolio of 11 retail properties in the New York City metropolitan area (and potentially 3 additional properties in such portfolio), valued at over $1 billion.
- Advising Almanac Realty Securities in an up to US$125 million convertible credit facility relating to a multi-state portfolio of approximately 35 student housing properties in 2015.
- Advising Madison International Realty in the acquisition of an approximately 49% joint venture interest in an entity holding title to a portfolio of office properties in the Boston, Massachusetts metropolitan area, valued at approximately $350 million.
- Advising Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. in connection with its initial public offering involving a property portfolio valued at approximately $4 billion and including 12 New York City office properties.
- Advising a not-for-profit corporation in the sale of unused air rights in New York City worth approximately $28.5 million.
- Advising Yes! Communities in connection with the acquisition and financing of two multi-state portfolios of manufactured housing communities and related assets worth $770 million.
- Representing the security agent, a non-US bank, in connection with the US real estate security relating to two credit facilities totaling approximately $1.7 billion to a construction equipment manufacturer.
- Representing the security agent, a non-US bank, in connection with the US real estate security relating to the refinancing of a €130 million credit facility to a manufacturer.
- Advising Almanac Realty Securities in an up to US$150 million convertible credit facility relating to a multi-state portfolio of 10 hotel and other mixed-use properties in 2014.
- Advising Madison International Realty in the acquisition of a 49% joint venture interest in an entity holding title to a $295 million office building in Los Angeles.
