Based in Milan and Rome, Carlo advises financial institutions, public entities and multinational corporations on complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, representing clients before courts and arbitral tribunals and regularly serving as arbitrator in disputes arising from corporate, M&A and other commercial transactions.

Widely recognised for his expertise in insolvency and corporate disputes, Carlo advises on directors’ liability claims, fraudulent conveyance actions and contentious matters arising from restructuring and insolvency proceedings. His practice also spans corporate, banking, insurance and financial markets law, as well as governance and contractual disputes. Carlo is a Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, combining academic excellence with market-leading practical experience.
