Richard Day has extensive experience acting for financial investors, working predominantly on sponsor-side leveraged acquisition finance, and also on credit facilities for investment funds.

Richard specialises in sophisticated debt finance instruments, cross-border transactions and complex capital structures. He has undertaken client secondments in the UK and France, as well as working for two years on secondment to our Madrid office.
