Julia is a coaching resource for partners and senior Business Professionals at the firm and manages a panel of external coaches and providers. Key areas of focus in her role are: to support new partners in their transition to partner; to work with lateral partners to ensure their successful integration; to help leaders at the firm access the right coaching support and to develop programmes and support for partners who are preparing to retire from the partnership.
