Jill Concannon's practice is focused on high yield offerings for sponsors, corporates and underwriters. Clients benefit from her over 20 years of experience in the European leveraged finance market. Her deals include a number of award-winning and landmark transactions that were firsts within their respective markets. Jill also has experience of representing clients in senior and bridge acquisition facilities.
Jill also acted as Vice Chair of the High Yield Division of AFME (the Association for Financial Markets in Europe) from 2019-2023.
