James Bole specialises in advising UK-listed and international corporate clients on the full range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on public M&A transactions.
James was previously seconded as Secretary to the Takeover Panel, the independent regulator of takeovers and other matters to which the City code applies. During his secondment, he acted as a senior regulator of the highest profile takeovers in the UK market, including the contested £25 billion takeover battle for Sky, and in formulating Takeover Panel policy.
