Faizal has advised on a broad range of structured finance transactions and general banking products. Extensive experience advising global investment banks and insurance companies on banking, finance and corporate aspects of innovative structured financing arrangements and products.
He also advises on a range of general banking and derivative products, including debt portfolio acquisitions, margin loans, commodities financing, repos and other secured and unsecured financings.
