Paul Loisel specialises in project finance and strategic acquisition transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Paul advises sponsors and financiers on large-scale greenfield and brownfield project financings, both domestic and cross-border, primarily in France, across EMEA and in Africa. He has extensive experience in the structuring and financing of public-private partnerships and projects in the transport, telecommunications, energy transition, social infrastructure and real estate sectors. He also regularly advises clients operating in the fast-growing EnergyTech and InfraTech markets.
Paul has significant experience across a wide range of financing structures, including senior, junior and mezzanine financings, loans, bonds and related derivative instruments. More broadly, he advises on the financing aspects of strategic assets in the context of project finance, M&A/private equity and restructuring transactions.
