- China Three Gorges (Europe) on the EUR 307 million acquisition of a 181 MW wind portfolio from EDPR Renováveis and a 619 MW photovoltaic portfolio from Nexwell Power, including FDI clearance.
- Delivery Hero on the acquisition of a larger stake in Glovo, including FDI authorisation.
- Mubadala on the acquisition of MATSA mining company and the subsequent sale of its stake, including FDI filings.
- Uber in regulatory actions against the State, Regions and municipalities on the VTC sector including the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the TEDH.
