Tobias J. Hessel advises and represents clients in national as well as multi-jurisdictional IP litigation cases and is a member of Clifford Chance global Tech group.
He is very experienced in patent litigation cases predominantly in the fields of information technology, medical devices, telecommunications, and semiconductors.
