Reuben is an M&A specialist who regularly advises major financial sponsors and corporate clients on Private Equity, Infrastructure/Energy and Real Estate transactions.
Reuben is particularly experienced in leading clients on competitive auction processes, investment platform transactions and cross-border acquisitions. Sector focus areas include Data Centres, Renewable Energy Projects, Healthcare, Childcare, Professional Services, Agribusiness and Logistics/ Industrial Real Estate.
Reuben is qualified in Australia and New Zealand. He also has experience practising across the APAC region and in the UK market.
Reuben's skillset extends to public M&A (including PE exits) and equity fundraising. He has represented leading clients on IPO transactions. His transactional work is supported by strong expertise in management equity plans, shareholder agreements, founder and director advisory roles FIRB approvals, W&I insurance, co-investment/consortium and PPP.
