She represents public and private companies, private equity and infrastructure funds, and management teams in a range of complex corporate transactions, including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private placement of equity debt securities and general corporate matters in the energy, infrastructure, and transportation industries, as well as in beauty and other consumer categories.
