  • Renewable Energy Portfolio Financing, Dominican Republic: IDB Invest; JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.; Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as joint lead arrangers in an A/B loan financing provided to AES Dominicana Renewable Energy S.A.; Agua Clara S.A.S and I.E. DR Projects I, S.R.L., to support renewable energy projects in the Dominican Republic, the largest financing for renewable energy projects for a Caribbean economy.
  • Securitization of MPC Securities, Chile: Goldman Sachs Co. LLC, as arranger, sole global coordinator and bookrunner and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Itau BBA USA Securities Inc., as bookrunners in connection with the first multiple-tranche B-bond issuance, structured under the (i) Rule 144A/Regulation S and (ii) Section 4(a)(2) private placement formats to finance the sale and purchase of up to US$1.8 billion MPC Securities issued by a segregated fund administered by the Chilean Treasury, as part of a program created under Law No. 21,472 of Chile (the MPC Law) to temporarily shield consumers in Chile from electricity tariff increases.
  • Pamplona-Cúcuta toll road, Colombia: JPMorgan and Banco Santander, as lead arrangers, and MUFG, Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO), JPMorgan, Banco Santander, Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex), Allianz Capital Partners, MetLife, Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest), BlackRock and Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN), as lenders, noteholders, letter of credit issuers and/or hedge providers in connection with the refinancing of the project finance debt incurred to finance the construction and development of the Pamplona-Cúcuta 4G toll road in Colombia.
  • Bogotá-Girardot toll road, Colombia: Blackrock Infrastructure, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Colombia S.A., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional S.A. and Unión para la Infraestructura – UPI, in connection with the COP 2.6 billion (~US$560 million) long-term financing of the Bogotá - Girardot toll road in Colombia.
