John Hinojosa Jr.

John Hinojosa is an associate who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, business torts, trade-secret misappropriation, and other complex commercial disputes in the energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

Before beginning his legal career, John served nine years in the United States Army. During his military service, he deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and later served at the Pentagon on the staff of the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army. He also served in the Republic of Korea on the staff of the Commanding General, supporting US and Korean defense operations. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in leadership, strategic decision-making, and managing complex matters involving diverse stakeholders.

John is committed to giving back to the veteran community. Throughout his academic and legal career, he has supported veterans transitioning from military service to civilian life and continues that commitment today by volunteering at veteran legal clinics.

John brings to his practice a disciplined, client-focused approach shaped by his military service, academic achievements, and legal training. He helps clients navigate complex disputes with practical, thoughtful, and effective advocacy.
