Isabella Blosser is an associate in the Americas Energy and Infrastructure and the Energy Regulatory and Markets groups where she advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactional and regulatory matters. Isabella previously served as a Senior Advisor to the White House Public-Private Partnership for Central America and a Chief of Staff at the World Health Organization.
