Emily Schlaeger is an associate in the Funds & Investment Management practice in Clifford Chance's New York office. Emily advises fund sponsors and institutional investors on a wide variety of private fund and investment management matters across different investment strategies, including real estate, private credit, private equity and infrastructure.
Emily's experience includes advising American, European and Middle Eastern sponsors and anchor investors on the formation of and investment in offshore and onshore investment funds. She also advises sponsors on a range of secondary transactions including LP liquidity solutions and tender offers.
