Christine Olivo is an associate in the Corporate practice of Clifford Chance's Houston office.   • Stonebridge Acquisition Corp., an Asia-Pacific-focused publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, in its business combination with Digi Asia Bios Pte Ltd., Indonesia’s Embeddable “Fintech-as-a-Service” company.
  • A natural gas compression and compressed natural gas delivery business in its sale to an energy services provider.
