Adebola Akisanya is an associate in the Corporate practice of Clifford Chance's Houston office with a focus on energy and infrastructure matters. His experience includes advising clients on strategic mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to practising in the US, Adebola worked at the Nigerian office of a global law firm and at a leading Africa-focused private equity firm sponsoring funds and managing investments in Sub-Saharan Africa.
