His experience includes advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to practising in the US, Adebola worked at the Nigerian office of a global law firm and at a leading Africa-focused private equity firm sponsoring funds and managing investments in Sub-Saharan Africa.

- Represented a leading manufacturer of thermal insulation coatings, anti-condensation, and sound damping coatings, in its acquisition by Seal For Life Industries, the global industrial platform of Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm*
- Represented a UK private equity group in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of a Houston-based oil and gas services company*
- Represented a technology-recycling company in the sale of its assets to a private equity group*
- Represented an energy storage provider on various matters related to its development, construction, and operation of a cold storage facility* *prior to joining Clifford Chance
