- Supports clients in the development, negotiation, and operation of enterprise procurement and vendor management frameworks.
- Built and operationalized enterprise contracting templates, negotiation playbooks, governance frameworks, and training programs specifically engineered for use across a wide range of key healthcare stakeholders including health insurance payers, providers, and PBMs.
