Vanessa is an English and Singapore qualified lawyer specialising in advising global financial institutions on a broad range of aviation financing and leasing transactions. Her experience includes Japanese operating lease financings (including JOLCO structures), insurance-backed financings, secured and unsecured term loan facilities, portfolio and warehouse financings, refinancings and sale and leaseback transactions.
