- Advised a commodities seller in relation to proceedings involving an SIAC Award, spanning the General Division of the High Court and the Singapore International Commercial Court, with the total value of claims exceeding US$150 million.
- Advised various clients, including a regional venture capital firm, a state-owned investment firm, and a global financial institution on issues relating to data protection, cybersecurity, and AI.
