Nicole is a Singapore qualified lawyer who has a focus in private investment fund formation and fund investments. She has advised clients on fund formation with a focus on real estate, private equity, private debt, infrastructure and venture capital asset classes as well as fund investments including joint ventures, co-investments, secondaries, segregated accounts and investment management mandates.
