Gan Ee Kiat is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group of Cavenagh Law LLP.

Ee Kiat has experience in various criminal litigation and investigation matters.

Prior to joining Cavenagh Law LLP, Ee Kiat was a Deputy Public Prosecutor / State Counsel with the Attorney-General's Chambers, Singapore. He is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

• Acting on behalf of a major pension fund administrator in relation to disputes arising out of its investment in Asia worth in excess of US$630 million

• Acting for a foreign investment-holding company in a complex multi-jurisdictional dispute before the Singapore High Court involving novel issues of breaches of trust and fiduciary duties over assets dissipated across a network of companies based in Singapore, Panama, Mauritius, BVI and the Cayman Islands, valued at US$125 million

• Advised a global financial institution on managing and off-boarding over 20 multi-jurisdictional accounts linked to a high-profile Asian client and related entities under regulatory and criminal investigation for potential fraud

• Advised a regulated financial institution in Singapore on its regulatory obligations and crisis management following the arrest of a senior manager, including misconduct and fitness and propriety reporting to the MAS

• Advised a global bank on anti-money laundering regulations and suspicious transaction reporting obligations in Singapore and Hong Kong in relation to onboarding a high-risk client linked to a major corruption case
