His scope of expertise encompasses secured and unsecured corporate lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, as well as restructuring and refinancing of existing indebtedness. He has advised a number of borrowers, individual banks and syndicates of financial institutions (both domestic and international) on corporate finance transactions and guarantee lines.
