Katarzyna Kuchta specialises in M&A transactions and corporate law with particular focus on the new technologies sector. She has extensive experience in due diligence analyses in various sectors. She also advises clients on intellectual property-related matters.

Katarzyna assists clients throughout the entire M&A transaction process, from the due diligence analysis through negotiations and contract drafting to transaction completion. She also advises clients in cross-border and domestic corporate reorganisations, implementation of corporate governance principles, as well as day-to-day issues related to corporate law.

As part of her practice, Katarzyna also specialises in intellectual property law, including copyright protection and industrial property law, as well as new technologies law. In particular, she assists clients in addressing intellectual property-related matters in M&A projects.
