Joanna Kamińska provides legal advice on individual and collective labour law.
Joanna advises on collective and individual redundancy processes, including those concerning management board members and senior management. She conducts litigation, representing employers in labour disputes concerning, among other things, discrimination and bullying. Joanna also has experience regarding the adjustment of remuneration policies to the requirements laid down in CDR IV, as well as the preparation of incentive schemes for senior management staff. Her experience includes conducting due diligence analyses of companies from a wide variety of sectors and providing day-to-day legal advice.
