Agata has experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate (undeveloped properties, warehouses, offices, shopping centres), both as asset and share deals and as joint-venture investments. She has advised on PRS (private rental sector) transactions. Agata has also been involved in projects related to the negotiation of lease agreements for logistics space. She has also supported the preparation of due diligence reviews for investors in the renewable energy sector (PV projects).
