Vincent Engel has broad experience in structured finance, especially public and private securitisation, covered bonds, forward flow arrangements and bespoke asset-backed financing. He works with a range of asset classes, such as buy-to-let and residential mortgages, commercial real estate, auto and equipment leases, consumer loans, trade receivables and other esoteric asset classes.

Vincent has gained in-house experience from secondments at a major US financial institution in London and the largest bank in the Netherlands. He is recognised in legal directories as a rising star and a leading associate.
