Richard Nowak is senior advisor in the corporate practice and Fellow of the Business Law Institute of the Radboud University and has been a Justice (raadsheer-plaatsvervanger) at the Court of Appeal of Arnhem-Leeuwarden. He has published extensively on Dutch company law and is co-author of the leading Dutch textbook on corporate governance and co-editor of the OUP book Corporate Boards in Law and Practice.
