Polly Huls specialises in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions. She advises private equity firms, (listed) corporate enterprises, investors and financial institutions on a wide range of matters, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, IPOs and secondary share issuances. She was seconded to ING Bank in 2025, where she gained experience as an in-house lawyer.
