He advises issuers, arrangers, dealers and underwriters on EMTN and Euro Commercial Paper programmes, programme establishments and updates, international debt offerings, including Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, and standalone bond issuances.
Kris has experience across a broad range of cross-border debt capital markets transactions for banks, utilities, telecommunications companies and other corporate issuers.
