Anne Hendrikx specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on complex contractual issues.
She represents clients in complex disputes with a cross border element before the Dutch courts and also acts as counsel in arbitrations, including arbitration related court proceedings. Anne holds a PhD in contract interpretation and is an active contributor and speaker in the fields of arbitration and contract law.
