Antonio Arenas Torres is a Senior Associate in the Global Financial Markets practice of Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office. He joined the firm in 2023. He has extensive experience in the capital markets, having advised financial institutions, funds and corporates on the issuance and listing of all types of securities, including securitization transactions, the registration of EMTN and GMTN programs, and the issuance of regulatory capital instruments, convertible bonds, green bonds, high-yield debt, mortgage bonds, and promissory note programs.
