Stavroula Vryna specialises in competition law, working across London and Brussels. She has extensive experience advising businesses on international merger control, foreign direct investment, complex antitrust investigations and competition law compliance across a wide range of sectors including technology, financial services, infrastructure, transport & logistics, healthcare and others.
Stavroula regularly advises clients on the implications of Tech regulation, such as the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA), the EU Data Act, and the UK Digital Markets Competition and Consumers Act (DMCC).
