Sarah Lewis specialises in derivatives. She acts for both buy-side and sell-side clients on the negotiation of over the counter (OTC) and exchange traded derivatives agreements, as well as advising on clearing documentation. Sarah has acted on a number of finance transactions, in particular for projects, where she has provided advice on hedging and intercreditor arrangements for hedging providers, lenders and borrowers. She also advises clients on the regulation of derivatives and the challenges presented by IBOR transition. Sarah has also worked on the derivatives aspects of a number of sales and acquisitions.
