Sam Parry advises in all aspects of EU and UK competition law. Sam has broad experience advising on complex merger control mandates and competition authority investigations. He regularly advises clients on merger control matters, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance issues, and the structuring and operation of distribution arrangements.
He has particular experience in the technology, telecommunications, infrastructure and energy sectors, including advising on high profile transactions and regulatory matters involving telecoms operators, digital platforms, infrastructure investors and private equity sponsors. He has been seconded to Amazon on two occasions, working closely with its in house teams on competition and regulatory matters.
His practice includes advising both corporates and financial investors on multi jurisdictional matters, often involving parallel EU and UK competition regimes.
