Ryan is a lawyer in our Tech//Digital practice, advising leading technology companies and global investment firms on complex data, AI and cyber advisory and transactional matters. 

Ryan supports clients on strategically significant regulatory, compliance and policy mandates, including engagements with EU and UK regulators on privacy, AI and emerging digital frameworks. He also advises on technology and IP‑rich commercial transactions, with experience in strategic partnerships, outsourcing arrangements and open‑source software licensing for leading global organisations.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Ryan completed a secondment in our Singapore office, where he supported private equity clients on complex cross‑border M&A. Ryan holds a Master's degree in engineering, with a specialism in machine learning and neuroscience.
