Olga is a lawyer in our private equity team, advising international and domestic private equity houses, financial sponsors and corporates on a broad range of transactions across the M&A lifecycle. Her experience spans leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures transactions in the UK and internationally across a range of sectors including infrastructure, renewable energy, services and technology. Olga has spent time on secondment at IFM Investors."
