Mitchell is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Transactions & Advisory practice in London, having joined the firm in February 2019. He specialises in advising UK and international clients on private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and other general corporate matters.
Mitchell has recently spent time on secondment at Airbus, the European aerospace and defence company.
Mitchell has a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London before gaining a Graduate Diploma in Law. He qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales in February 2021.

- Telekom Srbija on its acquisition of Sport Klub, NetTV Plus and the direct-to-home satellite business of United Group in the Western Balkans
- MSC on its acquisition of Maritime Transport, the UK’s largest provider of container haulage and rail freight services
- Unilever on the carve-out and sale of its Elida Beauty personal care division to Yellow Wood Partners
- Sev.en Global Investments, a Czech based investment firm, on its acquisition of Celsa Steel in the UK
- Link Fund Solutions on the sale of its UK authorised funds management business (excluding Woodford related liabilities) to Waystone Group

Experience whilst on secondment at Airbus includes:
- The creation of Critical FlyTech, a joint venture between Airbus and Critical Software for the development of embedded software and systems for aerospace applications to Airbus
