Lauren is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property team. She has over ten years’ experience at global law firms across two continents, and regularly advises on a wide range of commercial and contentious intellectual property matters.
Lauren acts as a trusted advisor to clients, and specialises in all aspects of IP law, including corporate transactions, complex commercialisation and licensing arrangements, social media and advertising, copyright and design, brand development, marketing claims and competition law, global portfolio management, and the prosecution and enforcement of IP rights.
Lauren’s clients range from innovative start-ups to large multinationals and government entities, within the entertainment, advertising, consumer goods and technology sectors.
