Advised S&P Global in respect of data protection matters, on its agreement to acquire With Intelligence, a leading source of private markets data, insights and analytics, for US$1.8 billion from Motive Partners and a number of other sellers.
Advised Unilever on the sale of “Pureit”, their water purification business operating in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Mexico. The transaction involved complex separation of global manufacturing and distribution networks, as well as IT systems and back office functions. We drafted and negotiated a suite of agreements to document both long and short term TSA and manufacturing arrangements between multiple jurisdictions, as well as complex profit repatriation arrangements.
