Becky Moore advises on the full spectrum of incentives and remuneration matters, with extensive experience across executive pay, global share plans, management incentive arrangements and the incentives aspects of corporate transactions.

She is able to support clients on complex cross‑border projects, including public takeovers, private equity transactions and major capital markets events. Becky has particular expertise in corporate governance as it relates to remuneration, drawing on her previous experience as Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel at a UK FTSE 250 company. She is co‑chair of the ProShare corporate governance focus group and frequently works with clients on governance, policy and shareholder expectations. Becky also has deep experience in global compliance for incentive arrangements and in designing sophisticated management incentive structures for UK and international businesses.

Her recent work includes advising on significant public and private M&A transactions, sensitive executive exits, technically challenging trust arrangements and employment tax issues for high‑profile listed and private clients.
