Antonia Donaldson advises trustees, employers, providers and insurers in respect of various aspects of UK pensions law, including de-risking projects, auto-enrolment obligations, benefit changes, scheme wind-ups and historic documentation issues. Antonia also has experience advising on the pensions aspects of large, complex corporate transactions including in relation to re-apportioning defined benefit liabilities and the Pensions Regulator’s powers.
