Alistair has experience of Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation; the employment aspects of public and private M&A transactions, outsourcings and employee transfers; executive recruitment, remuneration, grievances, disciplinary issues and dismissals; insolvencies, restructurings, redundancies and collective matters; partnership law; and general advisory work.

Alistair has spent time on secondment with Permira and with Barclays.
