• Clients on structuring and negotiating large-scale IT outsourcing agreements, supporting vendor transitions, system integrations, and digital transformation projects.

Before joining Clifford Chance:

• Advising a US pharmaceutical company in the outsourcing of several internal processes and procedures.
• Secondment for 7 months in the data privacy team of a major travel marketplace, supporting partner and vendor negotiations.
• Assisting a key player in the art field for the launch of a major art fair in Paris.
• Advising a major banking institution on the negotiation of multiple IT contracts for the deployment of a new business solution.
