Louis Fearn specialises in leveraged finance, debt restructuring, fund finance and public bid financing.
Louis has developed his expertise by advising borrowers and private equity funds as well as lenders (senior lenders and debt funds) on a wide range of transactions, including leveraged and corporate financings and debt restructurings. He has also developed an expertise in fund finance for both banks and funds.
