Gwenvael Porsmoguer works in our Debt Finance Group in Paris. He advises sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on leveraged finance and infrastructure finance.

Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Gwenvael worked in the banking and finance practices of several other major international law firms in Paris.
