Charlotte Hopkinson has private and public sector experience in energy, mining and infrastructure projects as well as project, corporate, and sovereign finance. She has advised a broad range of clients—including private equity investors, developers, and lenders—on US and international energy, mining and infrastructure projects.
Additionally, she has provided legal and regulatory advice to foreign governments and government entities in Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean and Latin America regarding energy and minerals policies.
